Holla, Channel 50 Detroit all damn day and all damn night...

WFLD Channel 32 (pre Fox) in Chicago used to play this commercial incessantly in the late 1970's. I remember seeing it late at night during shows like The Gong Show and Three Stooges Comedy Classics. I don't know as much about his music as I do this commercial.

I have this set of albums. Does the original have the same signature on the back as it does on the front? Looks like it is printed in the cover but wanted to make sure.

I first heard Roger Whittaker in the mid 1970's on the local radio station. The local DJ loved it and so did I.

I have Roger's tapes and still look for more and newer songs that he might have made.

He is a favorite of mine for certain! Now I want to find his CD's.

Same here, my dad was really into this album, he bought the 8 track and listened to it alot. Reminds me of my childhood, and now that my dad has passed recently, seeing this commercial and hearing these songs really brings up alot of emotions.
