speed is the BEST proficiancy for any sniper(:

The Speed proficiency is meant if you want to run with secondary weapons and have no need for a primary. Therefore you can protect your back with the riot shield, or have a long distance weapon and run at the same speed as if you had an assault rifle, SMG speed with some specific snipers.

Best proficiency if using Barrett by far! I've used them all have over 7500 kills with Barrett. The amount of speed you gain with it is enough to make a noticeable difference when you use that weapon all the time. Someone trying it for 5 minutes on a test doesn't do it justice. Great video, just not the right conclusion! Where as with the MSR or L118A, i'd use focus, helps you stay on target!
