  • They are totally worth it!

I dont agree with classicminichealsea, I had all 3 of mine speyed/neutered, so my jills do not go into heat. As I have no need to breed them, they are all neutered therefore stopping any risk of them getting ill from going into heat.

And I also dont agree with a ferret munching because they dont have a playmate, I had my hob before the girls, he took a few weeks to train and he has never biten me since. The girls are the same.

  • ferrets are so silly. I love to watch them play.

  • fluffy ferrets :) How cool

  • If you go to a shelter theyre much cheaper and you help out

  • I love the war dance. The ferrets at my college do that when I play with them. They're brilliant :]

  • ha ha dats so funny ova in america ferrets r like 100$.ova here they r very cheap i got my 2 4 10euro each:)

  • The thing with the female ferret in heat. They do not always get an infection, its just a higher possibility. Mine went into heat and were not brought out by a hob last year (previous years they had been) mine are fine, although if you want a jill get a hob vasectomised. He will bring her out of heat, just wont make kits (babies)You can have them as a pair. Always pairs+ then they wont feel need to munch on you to play, they have their buddy. I have 7!

  • Thank you so much! I really appreciate it :)

  • Oh they are so fat and cute! And goodness! You have 3 of them? Well, the more the merrier I say!

  • Ferrets are definitely worth owning. They're easier to take care of then cats and dogs. You can litter train them and they're very friendly and good with children. I do recommend buying two instead of one as babies get lonely by themselves. Also, make sure your ferret has already been spayed/nuetered. Females die from an infection if they go into heat for the first time and don't get pregnant.
