To be completely honest though, with both the mushrooms and pentazemin there is some plausible truth, i mean if it stops stomach convulsions... maybe that'll settle the sickness? and im not sure those mushrooms are normal, i mean youve seen what they did with volgin right? its possible that the electric current could be transferred to the batteries.

It appears him and his father have some sort of hyper-gullibility that affects their physical abilities, if someone tells them its possible they can probably do it.

snake is always on edge and tensed up on his missions. maybe otocon added the sea sickness part just to give snake an extra incentive for taking it so he chills out a little bit....
