im voting no on this matter in november. i dont like that they are taking my legal rights as a medical patient to grow my own away,and also that i can only buy up to one ounce at a time.also what scares me is who they appoint to grow the medicine?im voting no and hope you do too. if this goes into law and you get caught growing your own you will be prosecuted and if thats not enough it will be a FELONY at that. vote no please.

But wait, the tobacco plant grows naturally in nature too, forget the fact that the government demands the tobacco companies add hundreds of addictive substances to the plant to keep people buying it. Marijuana will never be legal as long as the powers to be are still in power. Vote Ron Paul to stop this horrible injustice.

the can't block it if there's enough signatures to get it on the ballot, the legislature can make it into law or reject it or ignore it. if they reject it or ignore it it will be up to the people in november.
