Leaving the traction control on trying to do a burnout is much worse than leaving it on when racing it!

I did the same, I left traction on and ran a 14.9 in my 05' GT lol. It completely stopped me at the line. Second run I ran a 13.91. By the third run I got the hang of it, running a 13.58.

you dont "take" it off, you "turn" it off, theres a button on the dash.

traction control doesnt knock off 30 horse power. it limits the fuel and throttle body to make sure you dont break traction. turn it off and youll have a better time
