Strengthening and Conditioning: "Shifting Horse Stance"

For strengthening and conditioning, the Shifting Horse Stance drill. Be sure to keep the knees wide on the empty leg, and vary your pace throughout the practice. Feel free to add weights and adjust the arm motions to fit your art.
