The USC Emeriti Center's H. Dale Hilton Living History Project presents an interview with Alvin S. Rudisill, an authority on the role of churches in urban society who served as university chaplain at USC from 1969 to 1994. Rudisill also headed USC President James Zumberge's Task Force on the University Community in 1983, whose report provided the basis for the creation of the university's Office of Civic and Community Relations.
