@LancePoint9 Most of the children died of starvation or were sold into slavery anyways, so they didn't get to see the horror of war. And despite what the game says, they weren't told to do so by the pope or anything. That was the earlier crusades, the children were just plain stupid, like children normally are.

the scary thing is that there were more than one child armies in the history of the Crusades. They didn't learn the first time so they tried again.

If you want an idea for another creepy FPS, you should play Prey. That is a great game and can get really creepy at some points.

YES - the Thief Haunted Cathedral is AWEsome. Scared the crap out of me when I played it. The 'Robbing the Cradle' level in Thief: Deadly Shadows is also full of great scares. The Thief games don't get enough credit for the level of tension and fright they create. Some of the best stuff out there, even today.

FEAR wasn't half as scary as Thief.
