@PikalaxALT The Berlin Tpke is the missing link. But once I-91 was commissioned to run between New Haven and Hartford, intersecting the originally-planned highway system, upgrading the Berlin Tpke was no longer necessary.

Originally, the Berlin Turnpike (CT-15/US-5) was supposed to be a limited access freeway between Meriden and Newington. It was planned as part of a long freeway system between Boston and the Bronx, which today includes the Hutchinson River Pkwy in Westchester County NY, the Merritt Pkwy in Fairfield County, and the Wilbur Cross Pkwy in New Haven County. I use Final Cut Express on Mac. You can adjust the speed by a percentage, in this case I used 1100% I know that you can do something similar with Adobe Premiere for PC.
