a www.hi10spro.com productions presents a level 3 backhand, smooth rotation, unit turn, and comes through the ball--not an open stance, but a very good set, contact, and follow through. The only thing missing is a knee bend to load, open stance, and more explosion. A very good backhand.

  • What is exactly the level three of a backhand?

  • when i teach tennis, i have benchmarks that the students can aim for. his backhand is workable, can aim, and has power, but note it's not quite there yet. we want it to be more clean plus shorter as well as consistent. try it for your kids , they love that stuff

  • ...what's the top level?

  • bend your knees and keep them bent through the entire shot!

  • Learn him to step in, and extend through the shot. He is kind of muscling the racquet around his body. Bad transition.

  • Backhand* :P

  • That's a poor, poor forehand

  • he was pointing to the camera with the wrong finger, Why is that? :D

  • Ha! ha! .. the first two went into the net ~ what an amateur!

  • even tho he should wear proper clothing, its only a demonstration practice vid, basically hes not trying to really represent anything cuz its not a match/tourney.
