Dude man I am a American and I live in Mexico at the momment but I have to agree with cenk on this. Even though she was 8 when she got here, she still has to ably by the rules. My mom is a American citizen, she was brought here when she was 2, but she still had to go through the process of getting her citizenship. This story about her age and intelligence can help her with the citizenship or residence, but that does not mean she can skip it and completely ignore it. It's sad but rules are rules.

@MarcoNard19 My parents, who migrated here legally and "paid" their taxes did so so I can have a better life, an opportunity to go to school....NOT to pave the road for some illegals to come to this country and step ahead of me or take my place for an education.
It sad, but it's life. DEAL WITH IT.

There are laws in this country. Illegal immigrants seek to get around the laws and play the system. They degrade the social and financial infrastructure.
Do you think if we allowed millions of illegal immigrants to come to our country it would be a "better" place to live?

I'm not with her or against her. she deserves everything but again the point is she is an illegal immigrant. she had no control of coming here at the age of 8 but she can still apply for citizenship.
