Send a Helicopter's rockets back at it using any Blast ability.
This can easily be done during the Mission '7. Bertrand Takes the Stage'.'
When you see the helicopter aiming on you with a red laser it's about to shoot rockets on you. Make sure that you have enough Energy left and spam your Blast Attack a couple times.
Helicopters can also be found on the blacked out areas of the map. So don't worry if you missed this opportunity.

@ActingBored2009 No it didn't, you could do this in inFAMOUS 1 (deflecting rockets and grenades) and a lot of other games. Don't act like that piece of shit game invented everything we have today.
