this is PATHETIC. Kiss took this song and turned it into an EPIC piece of music. This makes me wanna find this guy and puch him in the face.

@CaptainShinyJunk if it was so bad, i don't think paul stanley would have asked to record it while over tony's house one day in 1981. the kiss version would not even exsist if it wasnt for this. and FYI, "the guy you wanna punch in the face" plays piano on the kiss version.

Is this from some movie? Imo KISS version is bit lame :/ Paul is singing badly. Tbh Paul's vocals are lame throughout the whole Elder I think. I like this one more. _\,,/

it's from tony's long out of print ep "dont nobody move (this is a heist)". naturaly this one is better, as its the original. though tony does play piano on kiss' remake.

Great song, lyrics. Glad Tony only played piano on the Kiss version, though. This Tony version sounds like some demo made on home equipment.  The Kiss crew gave it life, especially the drummer and the one of a kind guitar solo - by none other than Ace, I assume ;-)

@kcartesius - the drums on Kiss' version were played by Allan Schwartzberg, not Eric Carr (Allan also played on "I" from the Elder as well as drums on both Gene and Peter's solo records. The guitar solo on the song is played by Paul, not Ace.

@TonyPowers22 Don't try to discuss with ( some ) Kiss fans. You can't imagine HOW fanatic they are. The video of "I love it loud" got some true moments. Nice video, indeed you got some Bowie/Ferry style. And the original will be ALWAYS the original...

Sorry, I am a huge KISS fan.. this is the first time I have heard this and I have to say... all this "KISS did it so much better" is kinda silly. Other than Paul singing it (Which he sounds awkward singing on the KISS version), this is the exact same song... you can hardly, with ANY resemblence of repect say "This sucks."

First time hearing this song from Tony Powers. I dig it. KISS refined it, but Tony is the man. Not the best voice, but who cares?  Great song.
