The states formed the federal government, and now the states must dissolve and TOTALLY dismantle the federal government. AFTER that is done, and a 10 year "time out" expires, the states can form a new federal government, with the original constitution plus a few new "zero tolerance" amendments that assure NO anti-liberty, anti-individualist, special interest actions, laws or regulations can ever happen from the federal government.

The federal government cannot be fixed - too late for that.
