This is just a short video of me blowing a few people in Rivet City, Keep in mind I loaded after every kill so some people show up more than once in this. To blow up someone's pants in Fallout 3, you pickpocket them and place a mine or grenade of any kind into them, be sure to clear out when you plant it though, because it could cripple you.

@davy1678 I tried it, Put a plasma grenade in the pocket of a great kahn. Didn't explode so I shot him, he pulled out the plasma grenade, and blew me up. I failed hard.
