how do you get wings that can fly that are not pet cash just coins?

and how do you get the tiger is it pet cash ohh and how did you get

Both the wings in this video and the tiger petling were Playfish Cash (Pet Society Cash). I'm not sure if there are similar ones you can buy with yellow coins right now, as I'm not very up to date with the game, sorry.

On the Town Map, select "Treasure Map" towards the right hand side. On the Treasure Map, the Enchanted Forest is a pink, purple and blue icon towards the bottom right. I believe you need to make a Hot Air Balloon to go there.
