My name is Keith, and I am a law student, a writer, and an all-grain home-brewer. This is a description of my materials and methods for making all-grain, home-brewed beer. I show my beer-making equipment, and explain how it works, and what I'm going to do on brew day (12 March, 2011) and over the next few weeks. I have a simple setup for making 5 gallon all-grain batches, and this is a series of videos documenting the home-brewing of a batch of stout.
