@Zuneowner we love to do videos about stuff like this. we are artists (our parents are NOT) we even have our own business. And my brother at this age was a super big PEST (in fact he still is) So you can judge people all you want, but you cannot change my great family and my awesome parents

We did masks like that in art class. But before we painted we put wall mud on to smooth it out.

Wow you are very creative! :) I'm going to try to make some mask for a masquerade ball but I had no idea how to make the base. Tin foil that's awesome! I would of never thought of that. I'm so excited I can't wait to start. Thank you for making your awesome video.

I'm an event planner and we are planning a mardi gras party for a client and her invitations are going to be mini mask that we are hand making....I found some mini full face plain mask that you decorate and I was wondering should I still put casting material on that to make it hard? Or just decorate it as is?

If it is flimsy plastic I would put just one layer of casting (or newspaper and glue) on it. If it is heavier plastic I would just decorate it as is. Good luck!
