@kasdization ignore my last comment i found that if you just suck it up and smash both hands at once the "shock" doesn't happen. Also word of advice, think about your position before starting, if your hunched over on the floor your back hurts after ten minutes.

When doing ionotophoresis, do you allow your hands to rest on the bottom of the pan? or do you keep them suspended in the water?

I want to note that during the treatment you will probably sweat a lot, more so than usual in fact. The change will be pretty drastic. Don't be discouraged if you don't see immediate results in the first 1-2 weeks! It took more than 2 weeks for my hands to be completely dry, and the time need depends for a lot of people. Just keep at it, and don't give up!

@elfuego121212 It doesn't hurt at all, it is only irritating. Don't be such a pansy and just do it. It has worked for me, and it is great! Mental state of mind does not matter, I don't sweat regardless of what happen.
