Typical small town fire.. Just curious?? Why wasn't there an offensive attack on this fire?? Alot of smoke ok... Cut a hole in the roof, advance lines in and put the fire out... If your gonna go break open windows and just stand around, why not cut a hole for ventilation.. Piss poor fire fighting.. I'd be embarrased to show my face after that... It's a shame it was caught of file and put on youtube...

Scba on the roof?
The boss especially a chief should not be on the roof working your job is to be the boss.
Saw skills need work , no need to move the saw back and forth like a manual saw
train then train some more

they need training on how to use their scba and more training on ground ladders their should at least be 4 to 5 rungs above the roof
