The ‘plantation mentality’ is alive & well throughout this country’s businesses which rely upon a non-skilled labor force. Industries such as agriculture, landscaping, hospitality & construction are filled with illegals. Often employers frequently hire illegals & place dozens or more workers into sub-standard houses or apartments " the employer rents in his name or owns).
