  • Anyone staying near Bardstown with an appreciation for bourbon should pay a visit to the Colonel. He is a classy guy and definitely knows his bourbons. This was a high point of my visit to the Bourbon Trail. I stopped in for a tasting which gave me the chance to try a few bourbons that I may have never gotten the chance to taste, and enjoyed spending time with the Colonel and Margaret Sue. Next time I take this trip I will make time to stay and have dinner with them.

    Cheers to Colonel Masters!
