Bully was controversial simply because it was called Bully and Rockstar made it, I mean I bet if Rockstar had made Psychonauts people would have complained about it because it had psycho in the name.

I checked list of banned games by country on wikipedia and it said that Bully was banned in Brazil because of high impact violence, which must be the first case in history when a game was banned for something that doesn't actually happen in the game.

I think that a Bully sequel would be great because the original had such a great sense of humor and awesome design although maybe Rockstar shouldn't call it Bully then no one would complain about the game.
