Yeah yeah, he wasn't aware of the city rule which calls for all men to remove their hats. Sure, he was arrogant about not removing his hat, but tasered over not removing a hat? They could have asked him and then they could, at most, kicked him out of the court room. It was incidents like this that led to the LA riots; cops treating people like criminals over trivial issues. @Mikelvnumber2 no it's not! court room etiquette has been around for hundreds of years. It's called showing respect for your surroundings and respecting the process. It's the same reason everyone rises when the judge walks in, it's way you address the judge as "judge" or "your honor", it's why the judge has a gavel. it's just a little thing called RESPECT, that very few people (especially the young) show anymore!
