@TheBettalover123 I got him at Walmart, because he was the only live-looking betta there. He now has a tumor, but he's been living with me for almost a year, and 'll never buy a betta from Walmart again.

he died! aww that sux sorry man he was a cutie, I got a pink betta (floyd) hes more of a dark pink almost red though, I got him when he was real young and have had him a year next month so Im hoping Ill get like 3 or so more years out him, he seems happy and healthy, well no hes kinda depressed, he had a lil yellow platy that would try n school with him and they where bff's and she died about a month ago, I can tell hes now lonly so Im gona get him another platty friend chear him up

not a good idea, he can over feed on that, their diet has to be very controlled. I notice the belly on that one is really big, that is not a good sign, it could be overfeeding. Try feeding a warm pea (frozen preferred, the microwave it, cut the skin off, and feed half of what is inside, then dont feed your fish for one whole day, do this once a week)

@letsallparty1 Oh yes, remember that a bettas stomach is as big as its eyes, thnk about that. so 2 to 3 pellets a day is more than enough.

@letsallparty1 It was a tumor. He kept it for 6 months or so before he passed.
