You should show us the boot up after all this process, but it was a very nice tutorial thank you very much. If you can please do your self a favor and buy a better webcam. It's good for skyping with your gal, but poor for a tutorial. Again, thank you!

Do you know how to flash an N900 on an already installed Linux system? (Ubuntu 10.10)
I'm trying to get the flasher to work, but it can't. (Downloaded the .deb version and installed it)
Everytime I type in the commands as stated on the Maemo Wiki, all I get is "Directory or file does not exist".
Added commands as best I can.
Also as far as webcam goes? First part was N900, last was my point-and-shoot camera.
Now, I have a N950, so I'd use that these days for taking video.

I can't say for certain, but you must have messed up with the command. You can try posting exactly the command you used, but I can't tell anything right now.

If you are installing it, you can just use "flasher-3.5 XYZ" instead of "./flasher-3.5 XYZ".
