Shohreh is one of my favorite actresses and I admire her even more for this kind of work. It's time to stop taking sides and for everyone to put their armor down. We all just want to live peaceful lives and I admire both her and jonathan for this.

Maybe she supported Ahmadinejad at the time of his first term. Remember, he legitimately won the first election because many mistakenly assumed he was liberal because he was the first candidate in a long time to NOT be a mullah. I know many people voted for just that one reason: that he is not a mullah. Of course, they didn't know him yet then and he hadn't said any stupid shit yet.
Also, liberals and reformists boycotted the first election, which gave Ahmadinejad's supporters an advantage.
