Some sweet physics happening here. I found myself trying to use the mouse to grab the screen to change the camera angle like I was playing Lol. Good job!

I don't think you have used XNA to its full advantage

Cel is the animator's word for celluloid, the transparent sheets used to draw cartoons on top of backgrounds.

i like da concept of it wat type of cel-shading u used again
-
I could have sworn it was cell shading
but yes your right, Maya refers it to non-photorealistic. I hadn't heard that term until I began to work with 3D

I believe the proper spelling is Cel-Shading, although Cel-Shading Cell-Shading and Toon Shading are used pretty much interchangeably. If you want to get technical, the best name is non-photorealistic rendering. Hardly anyone hand paints cells to make animations these days anyway.

hehe. cool. The balls look misshapen. Could you make them smoother, or will that mess up your collision?

it's just a low-poly model. It's easy to change, and it wouldn't effect the physics at all (though it might slow down the graphics card)
