Dude i had the same surgery they opened up my sephnoid sinus and reduced my turbinates and sucked out cycts from my maxillary sinus. Then 1 week later they sucked out all the scabs and dry black blood. Just wondering how many post op visits you had and if thay took out scabs everytime?
I can breath dramatically better, mucus and stuff doesn't get caught in my nose nearly as much. Interestingly though, my nose does tend to hold water when I clean it out (Nielmed sinus rinsing or netty pot).
They did correct a deviated septum with the septoplasty, which I think was the part that require nasal splits (PAINFUL!), I'm not sure if it include the turbinate reduction. This was all secondary to the FESS, though they need it to gain access to the sinuses (as well as the breathing).
The video is REALLY clear, but what purpose does it serve when you're not showing NOTHING that's coming out? Glad you're better, but BORING video.
