Make a solar panel from broken cells

Please make sure to work in a well ventilated area! Lead is very toxic!
This video shows what items and tools are required for making a solar panel. And how to go about making one. Individual broken solar cells are soldered together to make a solar panel. The panel can be made any size.


The voltage needs to be high for it to be dangerous.

V/R=I

If R is very large I is small (body resistance)
So large voltage is needed to increase I
I or current is dangerous flowing in body.

or get them off ebay ive now bought 40 polycrystalline a grade not broken for £42 and 10 6x6 polycrystalline for 19 quid as well as wattmeter and for the hell of it a mppt charger abd a 144 wat flexible unisolar panel incase my own endeavours go tits up.. i loveee ebay

Have you found a cheap way round the charge controller ? Am attempting to find a battery charger / controller that will not allow an overcharge of the battery (in a car) if left on all the time ( 30 W ). Any advice ?
