you can't save people who don't want to be saved or who don't realize they need saving.all you can do is get together with like minded people and start working.

We black people suffer from ni*ger ignorance

I've been saying this for years. You cannot teach economics to a people that have no protocol. The shit really is elementary

@MC0090 "Why does the Black man say, 'freedom is doing what I want to do!' and why is it that every thing he 'wants to do' enriches the European?" Is probably the most powerful question I've ever heard and it literally opened my eyes and changed my life. I will always LOVE Brotha Amos Wilson for that timeless jewel.
And just to follow-up, his desire to maintainly benefit himself has several effects. He creates jobs/options for his people other than illegal means of sustenance thus displacing drug trades and other crimes. His business must directly address a societal need or it will fail to launch, thus a second benefit from the individual. He attracts the youth and other african centered individuals to start their OWN business. Seeing the benefit of entrepreneurship is an important motivator for others.

@playaplayag7 No matter how successful an entrepreneur is or how many individuals they influence it does not eliminate the fact that we COLLECTIVELY do not have our own land and resources and materials to control the means of PRODUCTION and MANUFACTURING COLLECTIVELY in our so-called communities. Individualistic thinking usually only benefits the individual and that premise of everyone else benefiting incidentally from it is the same mindset of Black leadership and y they have no accountability

Are there individual solutions to collective problems? I promise not to muddy the water on this one, and I'll be brief... My answer is yes. When an african centered individual sets out with the desire to be a successful entrepreneur, the steps he takes to reach that goal should automatically benefit his people if he hires qualified individuals in his community. He doesnt put it to a vote or wait for validation from his african centered brothers. He decides and the community benefits directly.

@playaplayag7 I disagree. One individual does not solve a collective problem. SOME people may benefit from what one individual does but that hardly eliminates the collective problem that affects the ENTIRE community. See, that example is the perfect example of the type of thinking we need to get away from because it does muddy the water whether intentional or not. WE MUST THINK AND ACT SYSTEMATICALLY IF WE WANT TO SOLVE SYSTEMIC PROBLEMS. This isn't even an arguable point.

By far, one of your best posts ever. The quicker we can lambast & jettison the 'usual' anti-Afrikan, anti-Afrikan nation statements once and for all, the quicker we can then come together on surer footing to move us forward to actually changing our conditions as a collective. There are more ppl who like to talk about the problems ALL DAY, than there are those who actually want solutions; so the sooner they are exposed & moved away from, the better. Keep up the MAGNIFICENT WORK!!!
