@Colton5 I never thought Godzilla as a super hero but more like an animal trying to protect it's home. That makes more sense when you think about it.Making Godzilla a super hero just seems extremely corny to me because there'll be a great lack of drama since it'll lack context and purpose.

@killerrodan or they could do it how it should be done, with Godzilla being a terror and horrifying instead of a super hero.

I have less faith in the reboot from Legendary with what they've been telling people at conventions. Set in the states and CGI gallore. That's a big PASS for me. Suitamation can look real if you light it and frame it properly. A CGI monster rampaging in NY or LA is going to look fucking terrible no matter how powerful the computer is, it doesn't look real. I have even less faith in Garth Edwards at the helm.

@XxComablackxX1937 True.Godzilla needs a fresh new start to revive the franchise like Batman got from Legendary.Christian norgren did a great job with the Batman films.Added a few things without chnaging it completely to the point where it's something else.I felt Godzilla vs.The Smog monster was a good movie. They can bring back Gigan.Godzilla vs.Gigan wasn't really the best one. It's a reboot anyway so like the Jaw sequals, just act like it never happened.Make Gigan be apart of Greek mythology.

The Smog monster was in the director who did ''Godzilla vs the Smog Monster'' was going to due his 40 minute short sequel... Which Toho really didn't want... an then eventually turned into a Reboot an Legendary stepped forward an wanted to do an American Reboot for Godzilla.
Kinda glad it was scrapped, The Smog Monster didn't need a sequel.. It would have hurt the franchise even more.
Godzilla needs a fresh new start to revive the franchise like Batman got from Legendary.

@XxComablackxX1937 hopefully. The smong monster was going to be in it at first but that was thrown out from the window sadly.

I find that the bad quality of the recordings make the film more harrowing.

Nothing cheesy about this film. Very dark and disturbing. Th striking piano chords and low brass and percussion is amazingly powerful.

they should use all the origional sounds and music from this on the 2012 movie.
God this is gorgeous.
Just finished watching this movie and I still sit in awe as I hear this score and witness this organic weapon destroy everything.
Powerfully moving...Thank you for posting this!
