On the northwest part of Lombok are 3 small islands. They are mainly femous for diving. Very shocking is the enourmes amount of dynamite fishing which happened in this area. The Gili's are a complete graveyard of bombed dead coral!!
Expensive island to stay!
Though the diving is still very nice. They are trying to recover the reef by placing metal cages to grow new coral on.
