A popular 1898 Neapolitan song, with lyrics by Giovanni Capurro and music by Eduardo di Capua. Aaron Schroeder and Wally Gold wrote the lyrics of 'It's Now or Never' specially for Elvis Presley, who recorded it in 1960.

Beautiful original version. It evolved into It's Now Or Never, but do not forget the gospel version of Down From His Glory.

Beautiful melodies have a way of bridging gaps.

Another example is the original Londonderry Aire which became Danny Boy and eventually Dottie Rambo's version He Looked Beyond My Faults.
