Re edited for better enjoyment. Sorry about the re upload.

A nice beginning conditioning for females who want to start practicing the discipline of parkour. This can be done pretty much anywhere. These drills focus on some of the techniques performed while training for parkour. Precision, climbing, jumping and landing. These exercises isolates and recruit different muscle groups covering a full body workout. Lower body, core and upper body muscles. As well as grip strength, some jumping power and an overall coordination of motor skills.

Getting in shape is exactly what parkour is about. It is a method of training your physique in order to overcome obstacles. Without very good resistance and functional fitness, almost every technique you do is very dangerous for your muscles, ligaments & sceleton. The founders got two decades of experience of pk/add, in which case you don't have.

It's mainly about improving your potential. Strenght, endurance, agility and of course helping and being nice to others people.

  • I wish i had stairs like that. I'd climb underside all day long!

  • hothothothothothothothot oh im sorry i cant control my mouth around girls... great movement for a beginner

  • i would practice parkour on a regular basis if the apartment manager wasn't such a prick. he considers it vandalism and trespassing if your outside doing anything parkour related. because of this, i have to walk/run a mile and a half to get to the park. i suppose the the running and walking are be worth it.
