Its about not being mean to people and they are parodying a singing duo from a fair while ago. Just like ichinoherora said.
It has nothing to do with beer or gay people.
Asahi is also a place and thats where the beer is from as well as this TV station.
Think NBC/FOX or SBS, people.

if im not mistaken i believe Asahi is a beer in japan. In which case we are all watching a japanese beer commercial. HAHAHA its funny though i like it.
I have just been told what this is.
It's a Japanese group called Kuzu. The song is called "ikiteru koto tte subarashii," which means "living is wonderful" or "life is wonderful."
Still trying to figure out what's up with the mimes and the finger guy, though.
