HFCS is so so bad for us...there is no way to eat it in moderation..if you go to a regular store like Ralphs it is in jam, bread,ketcup, cookies, almost all juice I think moderation so it doesn't hurt you is like a drop every two years any more seems like poison.

Yeah - that's fructose, not high fructose corn syrup specifically. Why aren't these same people suggesting that we stop drinking natural fruit juice, which in general contains as much if not more fructose per unit volume? Because juice isn't "processed"?

If you asked me, I would tell you to sopt manufactured fruit juice. It has ridiculous amounts of insuline spiking sugars and due to pasteurization a ton of vitamins that would be naturally in there are destroyed. If you ask me, they should do that. High sugared fruits are avoided by quite some high level athletes especially in bodybuilding and competitive martial arts due to their sugar contents.

Way to go guys! I appreciate that. Other oppoenents of HFCS need to put a commercial on TV fighing their BS lies. I am so glad not all of the populous is buying the "Corn refiners" lies and garbage.
