Director of the National Institutes of Health, Francis S. Collins, M.D., Ph.D. performs his song "Dare to Dream" at the CF Foundation's North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference (NACFC) in Minneapolis, MN on 10/15/2009.
I made a resolution to contact one person everyday of the New Year who has made a positive impact on my life. Francis was my number one. I wrote him a letter on his NIH email on New Years Eve. On New Years morning there was a personal letter from him in my mailbox. YAHOO! I love You Francis
Dr. Collins was the former director of the National Human Genome Research Institute. He saw so much evidence for a Creator in his work that he became convinced that surely God is our Creator and he is now a committed Christian.
Could this be made into a single for CF funds? I have so much respect for this man and all other professionals working in this field!! Keep up the good work and lets hope and pray for a cure soon!!!! Nolonger is it a matter of 'if' a cure will be found but 'when'
I have cf :) :)

Brings us back to realize that so much is possible if we all pull together to try...from the lab to the home, it takes us all together.
