It will go back up automatically with no argument unless the copyright holder pursues legal action. Nobody who's going to flag your video doesn't know what fair use is. If you really want to put a disclaimer, you can use annotations, the upload itself, or put it further down in the description. 11,000 people don't need a fair use lesson when going to a video they didn't even look for.

It's not fair use if you're purposely misleading by not properly titling your video or explaining what it is in the description. Your video would be fine if you included "Buffy" or "Spike" or "Parody" or "Fan video" in the title or even described the stupid thing where you're supposed to. That's what the title and description fields are there for. They have next to absolutely no other purpose...

Amazing. One of my favorites. I love the way you contrast the different states in their relationships to show how much they have developed by S7. For example:
0:54- 0:56: Buffy walking aways from Spike in S6 and then walking towards him in S7
1:25-1:28: Buffy hitting Spike in S5 and S6 to sit down beside him when he's hurt in S7
1:58 -2:00: Buffy running away from Spike in Into the Woods and then running towards him in Chosen.
The transition between Fool for Love and Smashed was awesome, too.

Stunning! Your vids always make me miss Buffy and cry! :') 0:45 went perfectly with the music. And the whole vid was perfectly timed and paced! Another vid that didn't disapoint!
