  • Are you understand Polish :D?

Osobiście lubię ów film, chociaż jest w nim parę błędów, ale to film nasz, polski.

  • @Piotrek051197 Do you mean? : "Personally, I like this film, although there are a few mistakes in it, but it's our movie, Polish." I know Kawalerowicz is Polish and the novel by Sienkiewicz is Polish too. Because I learned russian I understand some Polish words. And yes, Kawalerowicz version is awesome. Greetings. Nicky

  • Maravillosa secuencia.

  • @ShowYourWorking --- No! The 1951 film has a different approach. This film is more faithful to the book.

  • @ShowYourWorking It's not exactly a remake. Kawalerowicz intended to make the movie in his old style (see e.g. "Faraon" '67). It's not Hollywood historical blockbuster, just like Faraon wasn't that of Mankiewcz "Kleopatra" one.
