Totally agree, American crowds take him for granted. I guess it might have a lot to do with the fact that they serve alcohol at the venues. Look at The River clip from NYC, the crowd is coming and going in the background. Seriously why bother attending the concert at all! They persistantly talk through the quieter songs and scream and shout when he asks for silence. The European crowds have a lot more respect. Wish he would come back to Australia more often.

@greenboymed It's also a quieter song with sad stories behind it so I think it's fine if they weren't clapping and cheering.
