Part 2 of Transporting B. jacksoni into new enclosures

NOTE: I do not advise getting this close to these scorpions, as they can produce a painful sting and you'll never know if you'll have a sudden allergic reaction. I've never been stung, so even I do not know.

  • Awesome containers what you doing about airholes and heat for them?

  • Thanks :)

I drilled 6 air holes in the top, all of which are roughly 1/6". It's plenty of air for these species being in a container of this size.

As for heat, my room stays anywhere around 75-85F. Winter is coming and as long as I don't have fans in my windows, the temps will stay around 80. I have the warmest room in the house (all year around, unfortunately). They're also in a big cabinet with my other inverts as well. That helps regulate temps, too.

  • WOW WERE DID U GET THOSE CONTAINERS

  • It was in a place where they sell used stuff. It was sheer luck that I got these (=

    I'm glad you like em!
