How to Hook your Computer Power Supply to CAR AMP!!!

Warning: Do this on your own risk!
You will usually not get the most power out of your amplifier either due to low voltage or low amperage.
Tip: Use a AGM car battery with a charger instead!

Forget about what I said on using rails and whatever. Use ALL of the 12v+(positive/yellow) wires and ground (negative/black) wires you can to sustain a stable voltage and to prevent from heating up the wires.

i hooked up a psu 218watt max 12v/14A to a 800w xplod amp (the same 1 u have but mine is 800w) and two 10'' subs the amp turned on but ididnt get no sound.
