You are so clueless aren't you? The company that makes Rock Band (Harmonix) made GH1, 80's and GH2. They wanted to do a band thing but Activision didn't so HMX went to MTV and did RB while Activision went to Neversoft to continue the GH series. If anything, Harmonix should sue Activision/ Neversoft for copying the whole band idea
