Keep practicing the first few steps and when you do the "angry sigh" make the O shape and let out a lot of air. I'm not so good at explaining it with words. Maybe if you made a response video I could tell you what you need to do

WOW! that was pretty good comparing to wat i do i could do it sum of it good but im affraid if i go higher or lower my voice is gonna fuck up but i have a deep voice little more deeper than urs but idk if that has to do alot with screamo
