To not get prints on the knife so he doesn't have to clean it before it's sold?

One question, why are you using gloves? personally I like to feel the metal while I sharpen, but If there is any reason, of wear gloves let us know.

You're replying with the same damned nonsense to every one of my vids. You're only writing to plug your own material, which is the definition of spam.
If I wanted a load of crap, i'd squeeze your head.
What about sharpening a deba?
If you sharpen the bevel flat against the stone, the edge will be too weak for some of the things a deba is used for, like beheading large fish and breaking the head.
Can you tell me about how to find the right angle for the bevel of a deba?

The angle of the deba is set at the factory. The bevel is still held flat against the stone. This assumes, of course, that you're talking about a traditional, Japanese styled, single bevel deba.
