Those "little Buggars" in the end of the build, those you weren't an expert on, What are those for? I'm thinking about building my first computer, but have never even opened one :P

They're for your power switch to turn the computer on, reset switch, front audio jacks (if you have any) and front usb/firewire/e-sata ports (again, if you have any)
Usually if you buy a new case/motherboard it should be a lot more clearly marked, but if you're just using old hardware like me, it can be anoying.

Depends what model you get, anywhere from 70 bucks to over 200.

Those are al AGP slots, it's a old mother board.
