I love the lyric style - your writing is reminiscent of Jewel (and others with a gift for the intellectual), simultaneously sardonic and facetious. You have a unique playing style, a lovely voice, and an obvious passion for music. By the way - I hope the song isn't too autobiographical... the portrait you've painted of the character the narrator is describing is nasty and egocentric - I'm sure your friends would tell you that you deserve much better.
