Thoughts lead to feelings which in turn lead to behaviour,Be more aware of your thoughts, especially "negative self talk" and challenge these thoughts.This is the basic process of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

  • I Made A 'Monitor Your Thoughts' Video Too. Furthermore, I suggest that people read, inside Think & Grow Rich, The Chapter On Auto-Suggestion. Those pages dig deeper on realizing you don't have to respond to your five sense reality, but your inner counsel. There are instructions on HOW TO make sure you stay focus on what you want.
